Bid Set created in Revit for a full house renovation and addition.

The design goal was to implement a contemporary approach while maintaining a traditional Georgian Colonial design ideology. 

The clients biggest goal was to foster a connection to his backyard garden. We created a new bright and open conservatory that sits directly adjacent to the garden, while also adding an addition for a new primary suite that has a roof deck with views out to the garden.
